On Site Corporate Wellness Services
As Galway’s corporate fitness specialists, we have been providing on-site wellness programs, group training and strength and conditioning expertise since 2005.
Workplace wellbeing is on the rise. It has been shown to reduce anxiety, create a culture of inclusion and drive high performance.
All programs are tailored to suit the needs of the company’s employees. We provide an assessment of the employees fitness levels and their fitness goals, the on-site facilities available and the timeframe allowed for exercise to create a fitness program unique to your company.
Through our experience, we have helped install, implement and grow workforce wellbeing programs for the following companies in Galway:
- Schneider Electric
- EA Sports
- Avaya HP
- (Hewlett Packard)

Enda has consistently demonstrated exceptional skills in providing fitness services to Avaya (formally Nortel) for 15 years. He has been an invaluable asset to our organisation, delivering tailored fitness programs that have positively impacted the overall health and wellbeing of our employees.
His approach is well suited for corporate fitness / wellness programs because he can deliver tailored workout plan through engaging fitness classes, which promote a holistic approach to wellness within the workplace.

``Getting a workout during the day is great``
I have been participating in Enda’s on-site fitness classes since 2013. Getting a workout during the working day is great. It breaks up the day and also you are not concerned about getting a workout in after a busy day is over.
Enda is extremely knowledgeable about various sports and exercises and can adapt exercises to suit an individual needs or any injury concerns.
The classes are always enjoyable and new people are always made feel welcome and it is a great social aspect during your working day.
Enda is top class at what he does. His experience shows in all his classes and no two classes are ever the same, he is constantly changing it up to keep us motivated and challenged
